1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blushcast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Age Requirement

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. If we discover that a user is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted.

3. Prohibited Content Policy

Absolutely prohibited content includes:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Any content depicting, describing, or suggesting sexual activity involving minors
• Minor-Attracted Content - Any content that sexualizes minors in any way, including fictional depictions
• Non-Consensual Content - Real depictions of rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual acts
• Incest Involving Minors - Any incestuous content involving characters under 18
• Bestiality - Sexual content involving animals
• Human Trafficking - Content promoting or depicting human trafficking or sexual slavery
• Revenge Pornography - Non-consensual sharing of intimate images
• Violence Against Children - Any content depicting abuse, violence, or exploitation of minors

All characters in our fictional content are adults (18+). Any depiction of sexual activity involves only consenting adult characters. We actively monitor and remove any content that violates these policies.

Reporting: If you encounter any content that you believe violates these policies, please report it immediately to hello@blushcast.com. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Upload or distribute any malicious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Redistribute or resell any content without permission
• Upload any prohibited content as described in Section 3
• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Access the Service if you are under 18 years of age

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Content Ownership

All content on the Service, including stories, audio, images, and other materials, is owned by Blushcast or our content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blushcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, uploading prohibited content, engaging in illegal activities, or providing false age verification.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
